There is a particular kind of desire that I believe lives in all of us. That desire is not about having more stuff. It is about Being More of Who You Really Are.
A desire to express your talents, grow as a human and have more joy – even during the hard times. As you may know by now if you have been following my messages, I love to Vision!
The ritual that feeds my soul and activates me into inspired action every year is to take time out of my regular schedule at this time each year to Vision.
Here’s an excerpt from my Book, Evolve Your Coaching Business:
A vision holds the essence of how you want to evolve your business. It is the foundational structure that will ensure your coaching business comes from the heart and is guided by the soul.
I have used this visioning process and honed it for twenty years in order to get it to the place it is now as one of my central creation tools. It is the number one activity that has ensured my business success.
I have not only used it for myself, but with hundreds of others. In my work as a business and relationship coach, there were many people who found true love, others found business and life success. I guess you could say I have helped people visualize and realize their work, houses, and spouses!
Creating a successful business from a vision is exactly the same as any other kind of visioning. Like all areas of life, there are some things that seem very doable and others that seem impossible.
As 2022 winds down and a New Year is about to begin, take time to vision and dream about both the possible and the impossible new ways of experiencing your work and your life. Ask yourself that most powerful question that we coaches love to ask our clients …
What do I really want?
As you ponder that question, take stock of all you have achieved this year and raise a glass with me to all that is to come.

One of my favorite ways to relax over the Holidays is to revisit books that I love.
One book that has been a favorite of mine for many years is The Big Leap by Gay Hendrichs.
I have had it on my shelf for over a decade and still find it valuable to dip in for wisdom when I am creating something new.
