Tammy Delaney-Plugowsky started her career in health care delivery which then grew into a 20+ year career in leadership positions in both public health and emergency management at the national level in Canada. She is now the founder and CEO of On the Level Leadership Consulting Inc. and she helps leaders, particularly women leaders, grow their confidence, establish balance, find their voice and get promoted.
Tammy also has a passion for employee and leadership wellness and understands just how powerful great leadership is on employee morale, effectiveness, and productivity. More recently, Tammy has broadened her offerings to include the power of breathwork and heart-centered coaching modalities.
