“Let’s Talk About Money” is a chapter in my book, Evolve Your Coaching Business, and here is a little excerpt.
Money is at the center of any business and a coaching business is no different. This involves a lot of exploration because you will need to assess growth of your business, how big or small you want it to become, and how much you are willing to invest in its growth.
You also will need to look at where you need the most support right now. Look at what covers the nuts and bolts of running a business, the things which may not have been top of your mind when you decided to make coaching your profession. Most likely you were imagining the joy of helping people transform their lives! The systems and structures are what will help you do just that.
In the book, I go on to the important details a coach needs to know in order to create a profitable business.
