Inspired by your introspection, the guided journey and the other exercises you will do during the retreat, you will create a structure that will serve to anchor and carry the energy of your vision.
Its purpose is to remind and reconnect you with your vision throughout 2022, so that you are guided by its energy.
You will leave with a structure to anchor your dream.
You might draw pictures or doodle on blank paper. You may create a vision board with magazine pictures, text & images you cut out and glue. You may use a whole new medium to capture your vision: song, dance or poetry.
