Group Coaching Mastery Program

Being part of the community has given me the support that I needed, not only with Kat and Curtis, but also all the people who were in the community. the support of all the people who are part of the community, all the different niches that the coaches in the Soul Driven Success community have, and the kind of breadth of knowledge and experience

I feel like I became a coach when I joined the Soul Driven Success business training program! I'm a professional coach. I have clients. I run a women's group for a group coaching experience. I have colleagues, a whole community of coaches to be creative with, to bounce ideas off of, to support one another and optimism that I will be able to be a full-time coach.

I'd been coaching myself internally for years and never had to market myself. So as soon as I decided to build my own business, I knew I needed help and I did an internet search and came across this fabulous article from Kat and decided to join her community, and I immediately signed on for the individual coaching because I saw the value right away.

The Soul Driven Success Business Training program just has so much information and resources that you can take advantage of, and Kat will always keep you on track and focused on your business development. She's very good about coaching you to help you understand what you're all about.

One of the things that I didn't expect when joining the Business Training Program was being part of this amazing community of coaches who have all levels of experience. They bring such amazing ideas and incredible support, and that's been amazing as I've worked through my marketing and business plan too.

I find so many things helpful about the program. I think the bottom line is having a structure and having people who are just yay, yay, yay. Really there to support you. Not just the leaders, but everyone else in the program. When we coaches get together, it's just magic. So that's amazing. And having other people on the same journey and everyone at different places so we can support each other and see, get a glimpse of what's to come and help those who are just behind us maybe on their path.

Kat also is just a powerhouse. I get so inspired by her podcast by just watching how she leads sessions. And she responds to emails right away to messages on the platform. She's very attentive. She is clearly so passionate about what she does, and it spills over to everyone else. I would say this program is 100% for me and if you are a coach, you want to build your business and you want lots of love and support and passion, authenticity, then this may well be the program for you.

I think the biggest thing for me was to nail down on a niche. My niche now is working with women leaders and women entrepreneurs redesign, and I helped them redesign productivity. I really am passionate about that niche. I love working with women, and now I have a lot of testimonials that have garnered over the past year or two. But to get to that niche, I didn't really realize how much work I needed to do. And a lot of that work was to understand myself as a coach and as a person, what I'm passionate about, who I want to speak to, who I want to influence, and what kind of differences I wanted to make and et cetera. I think that was the big turning point for me, and I needed support. I couldn't do that by myself.
